COVID-19 POLICY

Most travel destinations are still affected by the Coronavirus pandemic. Although there are signs that some locations are attempting to re-open, it will still be a while before vacations are back to “normal.” Most resorts have new procedures and requirements in place. Amenities may be closed or limited.  Before traveling, we suggest you check with the resort directly to see what amenities are available as policies and restrictions are literally changing daily.

What will Dash Realty Group do for me?

We handle your rental process for you start to finish 
We will reply to all potential renters.
We handle the payment 
We will post your Ads on multiple websites for maximum exposure.
We have an established, respected, reputation in the timeshare community.

What do I need to get started and list my timeshare?

We will need a  copy of your original confirmation that you received from the resort.
We will suggest a net rental price range to market your timeshare. 
Once we have a guest ready to book the week we will send you our Rental Agreement which you can review and sign online.

How do you determine the rental price?

We suggest a rental price range by comparing comps on rental websites to determine the current market value.

What is I think my timeshare is worth a lot more than the price range you suggest? Will you list it at my price?

We can not list the rental if it is not priced accurately, it will not rent if it is listed too high and then no one makes money.
